Last week I treated my face to a facial. Between you and me, I had some blackheads at the tip of my nose. Yaouser! They hurt when extracting. My face is otherwise smooth and radiant. Really! I use Anew Ultimate Face System: cleanser, day and night cream. I also use VITAMIN C. I use the VITALE EYE SYSTEM because I really think it takes care of my puffy under eyes. I love these product, especially our new Vitamin C. I always thought my skin was a little dull until I started using this.
The anestetician put the following on my face: cleanser, toner, Vitamin C, Alphy Hydroxy Cream, Moisturizer and Sun Block! Geez! and I thought I could only use one clinical at a time!
We have all of these products. ANEW AHA Refining Cream is one of my new clinicals. My other is ANEW CLINICAL EXTRA STRENGTH EXTRAFORT RETEXTURIZING PEEL. BOTH of these products are to be used every other or every few days. They also require you to use a sun block on your face. ANEW ULTIMATE DAY Moisturizer has a SPF 25 SUNSCREEN in it. If you like, add a sunscreen to your face as the last step.
My skin has never felt so good and the tiny, almost microscopic black heads on the tip of my nose have loosened up so that I may extract them with ease. Avon's extraction tool is great!
Avon also has MASKS. For everything! I love the ANEW CLINICAL OVERNIGHT HYDRATION MASK. When I wake up, my face feels so smooth and clean.
We have loads of masks and we have our SPA PRODUCTS!
I guess the purpose of this writing is to say, "DON'T BE AFRAID TO USE THE PRODUCTS." I know I must use them to share them. I want you to feel comfortable with using these products too.

Avon Fundraising! with Barbara Rippert
Good morning!!!!
I want to share the Avon Opportunity in fund raising for your organization. Below are some links to our fundraising sheets which can be printed out or emailed to your participants. I have also included our Fundraising Agreement Form and Parent Letter for your review. Once you decide on a flyer or flyers, it's easy to proceed.
I would appreciate and enjoy being your Fundraising Coordinator with Avon. My participants will receive:
- 25% of your sales of $500.99 or less.
- 30% of your sales if your sales are $501.00 and over. (tax not included in this equation)
- You will be responsible for a 7% sales tax unless you have a tax exempt number. (some states may vary) If so, please forward your tax exempt information to me, brippert1@gmail.com. Taxes are paid on the full amount of the product before your earnings.
- I will assume the shipping cost.
- Parent's Note will be provided along with fund raising flyers below. You may print these forms or forward them to your parents via email or social media.
Payment
You may send me orders with full payment of product and tax amount (if applicable) and I will send your team a check for percentage earned.
Checks here will be made payable to BARBARA RIPPERT.
OR
You may have payments made payable to your organization and send me the amount I require to process the order.
I will package and deliver items to you. Or I can ship the entire order to you with bags for your committee to bag.
Please let me know a date and time period for your fund raiser. I suggest a 2 week period.
I look forward to working with you to achieve great sales and earnings for your organization, school or team. I am available to answer any questions you may have and work out the particulars for your unique organization.
The attached fundraising sheets are available from C14 to C19, 2016. This means that I will need orders and payment on these fundraising sheets no later than Saturday, August 20, 2016. After this date, NO PROBLEM; new Avon fund raising sheets will be provided to you by me. We like to keep our fund raising opportunity fresh and new. So feel free to have multiple fund raisers with us throughout the year.

PRO NAILS - I do have my nails done by my manicurist. I bring my Avon PRO to use. Of course, I want to be wearing my colors. I also feel that PRO last just as long if not longer than those other nail polishes. Remember to use the base and top coat for longer wear. You may also add top coat to your nails to keep them looking shiny and just finished. YES, I am told to do this with all nailpolishes when I go to my manicurist. I get at least 7 - 10 days without chipping.
SPEED DRY NAILS - This is great for those times you do not have time to sit and be sure your nails are dry. Check out the great Dazzlers top coats. This product is wonderful for my grandchildren! I have 4 girls who do not sit long to wait for their nails to dry. They are 11, 4, 3 and 4 months(not painting her nails yet:-)). Geez! Glad I work with Avon for my great savings! This polish does not last as long as PRO and GEL.
GEL NAILS - This is my favorite. The up-side is it lasted 10 days on my vacation!!! The not so down side is you need time for this Gel to dry. You can speed that along with our nail drying machine.
Deodorants, shampoos, jewelry, clothing! We have it all. Make us your 1 stop shop! 90 day guarantee.

Everyone has their favorite Avon Scent! I do too. Check them out! I wear Imari for every day. Black Dress for Special Occasions. I still wear our Bon Jovi Unplugged when I want to feel powerful! Even though some scents come and go, some favorites and some new scents are here to explore.
